This PEI build surface is a high-performance (Ultem 1000B film) thermoplastic Polyetherimide material. Our PEI build surface is 0.175mm thick and pre-backed with 3M adhesive so it takes seconds to install.

I have older machines that are absolute workhorses.
But the Taped unremovable plate made life difficult when the tape was new, prints had to be yeated out of the machine.
Now I just wait for the plate to cool, and the print just gently pops off the WHAMBAM PEX plate.
Also worth noting, I havent had the need to use a brim or raft for supports since getting the PEX plate for these machines.
The adheasion is incredible!
