So I wasn't careful enough and my magnet is slightly off of perfect. Still works great, and now I don't chisel prints off my build plate, and I haven't had any that have been ruined because of that. Awesome, thank you!
the base of my prints would be stuck on the build plate, resulting in lots of time scraping and scratching up my build plate. This solved that problem perfectly and will recommend this for anyone with an M3 Max
This helps to prevent movement in the leveling of your build plate when you remove the prints. Sometimes it takes some force to get the prints off the build plate and that can result in the build plate going out of level. That problem is solved for me by using the Wham Bam magnetic plate.
I have been runninga Flexplate on my Photon S for almost 2 years. Just got a Photon M3 Max. It had a flex plate put on it before I ever poured resin in it. I like them that much. I think the only downside is the shear size of the M3 means watch out for falling prints when you go to remove the plate. I have one gall and put divets in the fep. I paused printing until I could get a new fep in it. Didn't want to take a chance on it causing a hole and a leak. Plate is not an issue now that I stay prepared for a print to pop off. I put a cutting board for lack of a better team. I put it over the vat every time I remove prints, won't have that happen again.
it works great. dont know what others are whining about, follow the damn instructions... if you cant do that you shouldnt be using a 3d printer.
