We have developed the Wham Bam PEX Build Surface from a specially formulated polymer with a higher melt point than PEI that attracts most any filament without damaging the sheet. Prints easily pop off once cooled and flexed. Our PEX build surface is 0.35mm thick and pre-backed with 3M adhesive so it takes seconds to install.

Here is an article on the differences, settings, tips, and maintenance for all our build surfaces.

*Please confirm bed size on your actual machine prior to ordering. Wham Bam is not responsible for mistaken sizes ordered. See our sizing guide.

*It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any taxes and import duties. No refunds of uncollected customs packages.

Product is as promised

I have to say that having tried many surfaces I was skeptical. Applied it to my 400x400 steel sheet and waitied till the next day to print. As promised it did not disappoint. Job stuck till the printed ended and cooled off. Then it cam off fairly easily. One small issue I would have is that the print surface gets ugly fairly quickly (still works though) and the surface side is no longer a perfect mirror finish.

Love the PEX surfaces

I have Wham Bam PEX and flex sheets on all my printers now, even the Prusa. I love the hold and release it offers.

Ive printed with many different surfaces over the years. PEX has really surprised me. So far I've only used it for ABS and PLA but my results have been great. Prints stick good when hot and loft off when cool. The sheet doesn't blister and/or ripple from height heat either. Great surface and well worth the money. Will be buying again for other printers.

Unbelievable

I ordered a PEX sheet for my ender3 and within a day of using it, I bought 2 more for my Anycubic mega pro. The bed dimensions were 240x220 so I got the 258x230 version and it fits great.

Excellent Customer Service

I did many things wrong when setting up my CR6 Max. Customer Service provided me a detailed write up of how I should set up my printer as well as offering me discounted replacement parts for the piece I damaged. I've already recommended this build surface to several people in facebook groups for 3d Printing
